Ka Sanu handles enquiries submitted through ka-sanu.com. The relevant team in Mali or Senegal manages each matter. For data requests, contact institutions@ka-sanu.com.
Information collected
The form collects name, organisation, work email, country, enquiry type, message and submission date. A short-lived technical digest limits abusive submissions.
Purpose and retention
Information is used to answer enquiries, define engagement scope and manage business follow-up. Messages are forwarded to Ka Sanu's professional mailbox and kept for the period required for processing, relationship management and applicable legal obligations.
Recipients and international handling
Access is restricted to authorised personnel working on the enquiry and service providers needed to process it. Cross-border handling follows the applicable data-protection rules.

To request access, correction or erasure, email institutions@ka-sanu.com with the subject “Data protection”. KYC files, identity documents and bank statements are exchanged only through a secure channel agreed for the engagement.
