2026—2028 VISION
Capital should serve productive enterprise.
Ka Sanu is studying an ethical-finance institution built around transparent costs, shared risk and productive funding for entrepreneurs, farmers and supply chains.
An ambition with regulatory milestones.
The current stage is strategic development and dialogue with authorised partners. No banking services or deposit taking are being offered.
Commercial model
Market study, customer segments, capital structure, governance, risk policy and partners.
Authorised partnerships
Assess trade-finance needs with licensed institutions and allocate contractual responsibilities.
Structure and licences
Evaluate a banking, microfinance, financial institution or acquisition route under BCEAO and national requirements.
Authorised launch
Offer financial services only after required approvals, prudential preparation and operating controls.
Products under evaluation
Profit-and-loss sharing, asset-backed finance, inventory purchasing and seasonal finance; terms to be designed with regulatory specialists.
Low- or zero-interest loans
Targeted interest-free lending supported by dedicated sustainable funding; transparent pricing, independent governance and customer protection.
FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE
Zero-interest lending
A separate interest-free loan pool would require sustainable funding, expected-loss coverage and appropriate authorisation.
Participatory and asset finance
Profit-sharing, leasing and resale-based financing must disclose their actual costs, risks, rights and obligations.
Independent governance
No Ka Sanu deposit-taking or lending before required authorisation. Related-party exposure must be subject to enhanced controls.
